Specialty: Psychologist specialized in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

I studied Psychology at the University of Crete in the Department of Social Sciences and am a member of the Hellenic Psychological Society (HPS) with a license to practice as a psychologist.

I continued my studies in Child and Adolescent Psychology, completing my master’s titled “Child and Adolescent Psychology” at Leiden University in the Netherlands, graduating with honors. As part of my internship, I collaborated with schools and child and adolescent structures in Greece and abroad.

Subsequently, I completed four years of further training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy at the Institute of Research and Behavioral Therapy.

In parallel with my academic training, I participated in the Panhellenic Psychology Conference, where I presented scientific research based on a laboratory experiment focusing on cognitive biases.

In the past, I worked with the organization “METADRASI,” providing support to vulnerable social groups, such as unaccompanied minors and victims of sexual and gender-based violence.

I have worked as a psychologist at HR Psychology-Today, where I coordinated and presented seminars on various topics, provided individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, and served as a Consultant-Psychologist for a 24-hour Telephone Support Line.

Currently, I am employed at the organization “ANODOS,” providing psychological support through individual sessions with adults.

Lastly, I collaborate with support structures for children and their families, conducting both individual and group sessions.
