Polina Zerva

My name is Polina Zerva, and I am a Psychologist and Psychotherapist. I graduated from the Department of Psychology at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, and my postgraduate studies were completed at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

I have further training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy at the Institute of Research and Behavioral Therapy and in Symbol Drama. I completed the Annual Training Program in the Adult Psychiatric Clinic at Attica General Hospital “Sismanogleio” and hold certifications and seminars in Forensic Psychiatry, Psychopathology, and Behavior Analysis.

I have worked in Mental Health Structures and community programs to provide individualized counseling and psychosocial support to adolescents/adults and vulnerable social groups, as well as to implement psychosocial support and empowerment actions and programs. I collaborated with the International Institute of Cybersecurity – CSI Institute in providing support to individuals who have experienced various forms of violence – domestic, psychological, physical, and sexual abuse, addiction problems, and any other forms of cybercrime.
