I am undergoing further training for five years in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counseling, combining various psychotherapeutic approaches (Psychodynamic, Systemic, Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered).

Additionally, I have participated in numerous scientific conferences both in Greece and abroad. Specifically, I have attended scientific conferences and educational programs, such as the Panhellenic Psychiatry Conference, where I attended specialized workshops, as well as annual training sessions focusing on Forensic Psychiatry, the management of mental disorders in the community, and the psychological support of individuals with dependency issues.

Finally, I am proficient in English and fluent in German. I use these language skills in my professional life, offering sessions in both Greek and English, while keeping up with international literature.
