My name is Marina Askitis, and I am a criminologist specializing in forensic psychology. I completed my undergraduate studies in Criminology at the University of Surrey and my postgraduate studies in Forensic Psychology at Queen Mary University of London.
I have attended several seminars related to this field, including: “Rare Psychological Disorders,” “The Psychology of the Offender,” “Sexual Crime,” and two online courses lasting 2 and 6 months on “The Psychology of Criminal Justice” and “Introduction to Criminology.” Currently, I am completing a 4-month seminar at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens titled “Criminology: Interdisciplinary Approach to Criminal Profiling and Communicative Management.”
Additionally, I completed my internship at the local court in Guildford, London (Ministry of Justice, Guildford’s County Court), where my role involved secretarial support in family-related cases.
